Filmed on 9.7.09 by Joe Anybody with PDX Venezuela in Caracas Venezuela TV station CATIA we watch a 35 minute filmed in their on-site theater. The video was made localy and was an independent media presentation. This was Day 4 of our trip visiting Caracas on a peace & media delegation organized in September 2009.
